Endangered Primate Foundation

Description

The primates served by EPF include species threatened with extinction in the wild and individuals whose welfare is threatened by private possession or substandard facilities. We support in-situ conservation initiatives that protect primates and their natural habitats. Our education programs teach people about primates, conservation, and why they should not be used in the pet trade or entertainment industry. EPF also operates a small sanctuary that provides long-term specialized care for former pet primates and others in need.
