Dedicated to caring for orphaned and injured wildlife in Mississippi and to educating the public in the appreciation, conservation and protection of our environment.

Description

MWR, Inc. is an all-volunteer organization which serves 24 counties in north Mississippi, networking with other professionals in the field, biologists, Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Services, to provide maximum care for wildlife until they are able to be released back into their natural habitat. We hold yearly workshops to train new volunteers, provide minimal housing, cages, all species specific formulas, etc.

MWR, Inc. trains educators to work with live birds of prey used in our educational programs, festivals and fund-raisers.
