Mission Statement

In an effort to stop hunger and give a better quality of life, the Christian Community Services Center in partnership with local churches, businesses,area clubs and individuals, dedicates its efforts to feeding and providing clothing to the people of Grimes County who are in need.

Description

Established in 1990 as a 501 3 c, the Center has an eight member board. It is staffed by volunteers , who are overseen by a director. We are an emergancy / supplemental food pantry. Open from 9 am to 12 noon , Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.Clients must live in Grimes county and prove residency with a current utility bill. Food is obtained once a month . The clothes closet is open one day a week ,Wednesday from 9am to 12 noon.
