Mission Statement

Judah Transitional & Recovery House mission is to make available to chronically homeless men and women, in drug/alcohol recovery programs, time-limited (18 months) housing, including the necessary individualized services and programs, to enable them to recover and realize their individual potential. This is accomplished in the least restrictive environment in which they are capable of living, without regressing into past self-destructive behaviors. The goal is to allow a reintegration back into society as a productive, law abiding citizen. This is consummated by fostering faith-based individual accountability and self-reliance, after successfully making the transition from substance abuse to recovery.

Judah Transitional & Recovery House has recently applied for its State of Michigan Substance Abuse License as a outpatient treatment center
