Description

St. Paul's Homecoming Center was established in 2006 in New Orleans Louisiana. The Center ,an outreach of the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana, is a hurricaine Katrina recovery center located in flooded neighborhoods through out the city of New Orleans. The center serves as a hub of resources,volunteer coordination, casemanagers and respite for those devastated by hurricaine Katrina.Skilled or non skilled volunteers welcome. Families are welcome as well.

Charging $10.00 a day for a VOLUNTEER to come help you??? Are you kidding. A volunteer time is worth over $19.00 an hour and I am letting you have that for free. Unbelievable. Only a church organization would charge a volunteer. I really just cannot believe this organization wants someone to pay them for doing their work. Why dont I pay my job for letting me do their work for them. Absolutely makes no since.... Applaud.........
