Friends of the Portsmouth Juvenile Court (FRIENDS) is a non-profit organization that has provided programs and services for youth and families involved with the Portsmouth Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court since 1993. Our vision is a community that provides the foundation and tools needed for all Portsmouth you to achieve lifelong success.

I think that it is very important to encourage our youth! Everyone has made decisions in their life that they are not proud of; however, that does not mean they cannot change the direction that their life is headed in! It is never to late to start over! Sometimes, a positive role model is all a child needs!
