I lived in the area and am personally familiar with their work. They serve high quality meals on real china, in a nice sit-down dining hall at the First Community Church in North Adams. They are well known and highly regarded by the community. I donate regularly and have not missed an "Empty Bowl" fundraiser in 10 years. They run "lean and mean," putting food on the table, not stuffing themselves. It is a labor of love and community. Please help as much as you can, as you will be helping real people feed real people, regularly. A big shout out to "Caretaker Farm," a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm in Williamstown, MA that regularly donates food and assists in so many wonderful ways. Thank you Valerie for doing such a great job, bless YOU!!
