Mission Statement

The purpose of the MIfflin Area Youth Baseball Association is to promote, develop and supervise the participation by persons who reside within the Governor Mifflin School District in a program of organized youth baseball. The association strives to assist members in developing mentally, socially and physically and thereby developing qualities of good citizenship and sportsmanship. Encompassed in these qualities is self-confidence and the willingness to learn the value of self-esteem, teamwork and physical fitness. The importance of winning shall be de-emphasized in favor of the joy of participation until the upper levels of the program.
