Mission Statement

The Literacy Program offers both one-on-one tutoring and classroom instruction free of charge for adults who want to improve their basic skills in reading, writing and English conversation.

Description

The Literacy Program is based at the Plymouth Public Library where a collection of adult new reader and English as a second language materials are housed. A computer learning center for program participants is also located in the library. Tutoring takes place in the library while classes meet off site in Plymouth locations.
