Mission Statement

We are committed to rebuilding and repairing homes damaged from Hurricane Ike along the Texas Gulf Coast using volunteer labor and donations.

Description

Hurricane Ike was the 3rd costliest storm ever to hit the United States. Causing over $24 billion worth of damage and displacing thousands of homeowners, Ike was incredibly destructive.

TEDRD has repaired more than 125 homes through the use of over 1500 volunteers committing 20,000 hours of work.
