Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve the citizens of Jefferson and Switzerland Counties by establishing paternity and enforcing support orders on behalf of children.

Description

We are the child support enforcement division of the Jefferson and Switzerland County, Indiana, Prosecuting Attorney's Office. We establish paternity for children born out of wedlock, obtain and enforce support orders, and provide other services to children and families. Our programs include visitation mediation, the fatherhood initiative, and an annual regional job fair.
