The mission of Volunteer Ventura! is to mobilize community members to strengthen, enrich and improve the quality of life in Ventura by:

  • Expanding City programs and services through meaningful volunteer participation
  • Building dynamic partnerships between City staff and the community
  • Leveraging community resources to enhance City programs and services
  • Engaging citizens in taking personal responsibility to beautify the environment
