Mission Statement

Our Mission is to collaborate with faith/community based organizations to design and implement faith/science based intervention, prevention, and educational services to high risk youth and adults of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and beyond.

Description

The Exchange provides educational prevention services to youth and adults with life controlling challenges. We collaborate with local shelters, youth and adult treatment facilities, youth group homes, and transitional living facilities to implement prevention education on teen pregnancy, drug and alcohol use, unhealthy relationships, anger and addiction, HIV/AIDS, life skills and coping strategies.

We are currently preparing for our first Womens Spiritual Retreat with our Women Of Exchange Program. This program component is not grant funded and our finances are strictly from donors and the council team.
