To empower and enhance the lives of today's youth by giving them a voice of hope.also Dale Carter Foundation in affiliation with Global (2000) 2010 International, Vision Africa and the United Nations has teamed up to take on one of the UN Millenium Development Goals. Our global humanitarian efforts have lead us to South Africa where the need for clean drinking water remains a major concern
