Inward Bound began 14 years ago with a gathering of 21 men to discuss emotional issues that confronted them in daily living. Quietly and steadily the efforts of understanding how emotions, childhood issues and spirituality tie together unfolded.
Then came groups for women, weekend retreats, co-ed groups,and the birth of Inward Bound Incorporated. Over the years Inward Bound has been home to those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their God.
Inward Bound has given thousands of dollars to men and women who are marginalized and ineligible for public support. We have supported participants through times of emotional trauma and loss of loved ones. As a community of people, we are far from perfect and yet we strive for a commonality of understanding , of the love that embraces us all.
