Clean Water Action is an organization of 1.2 million members working to empower people to take action to protect America's waters, build healthy communities and to make democracy work for all of us.
For 36 years Clean Water Action has succeeded in winning some of the nation's most important environmental protections through grassroots organizing, expert policy research and political advocacy focused on holding elected officials accountable to the public.

The National 1Sky Campaign is a diverse alliance including: * organizations & civic groups * businesses * community leaders * parents * students, and * everyday people! Together we are working to achieve solutions that will bring both economic and environmental health back to the Great Lakes State and ensure leadership on these important issues as historic federal energy policy is being decided. Getting active locally is the best way you can make a difference ~ think globally & act locally!
