I began volunteering with People Who Care this past summer, and I highly recommend PWC to others. We help people who can no longer drive remain in their homes through a variety of free services, and the more volunteers we get, the more people we can serve. There is no specific time commitment, and the intrinsic rewards for lending a helping hand are great!

This volunteer organization does so much good for adults who can't drive so they can get to medical appts. and the grocery store. Some volunteers visit homebound adults. The group is so flexible! There's no guilt when you have to be gone for days or months. Great group and friendly too!
