Someone to assist our Head Trainer in her daily barn work and riding. Duties including: turn out/in of horses grooming tacking/untacking setting jumps You could come during the morning to feed, bring in and turn out. Mid day to help prepare horses for training and riding. Late Afternoon to close up the barn by feeding, bringing in and turning horses out for the night. Looking for a dedicated and reliable person who could commit to 1 to 2 days/week on an ongoing basis

Thoroughbred Placement Resources (TPR) has re-homed over 1000 retired Thoroughbred racehorses since 2007. We also have an integrated program for America's Wounded Warriors, Veterans, Active Service and their families within our retired racehorse retraining program. The demand for our help continues to expand as does our need for resources to help these wonderful horses. We are seeking help with fundraising so we can continue to help these wonderful horses. The horses need your help too!!

Thoroughbred Placement Resources (TPR) helps retiring racehorses find new lives and careers after their race careers end. Take part in the process by videoing and or photographing our work with them. Spend time on Leighton Farm and at Horse Shows, Clinics and Events. Showcase our work and educate the public on how wonderful these horses are! Our hope is to have someone do the filming, edit and upload it to Facebook and YouTube as well as producing videos. Our work takes place in the Mid-Atlantic region, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia. We would like to assemble a team of people to do this work making it easier and more fun for all!
