The Rose Ensemble reawakens the ancient through imaginative performances of vocal music that stirs the emotions, challenges the mind, and lifts the spirit; connecting each individual to past worlds with stories of spirituality and humanity. Our concerts and workshops preserve and perpetuate centuries of human expression with historical instruments and a vocal sound that critics have called "supernatural".

Description

The Rose Ensemble is an award-winning, internationally recognized chamber vocal group based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Founded in 1996, The Rose Ensemble is St. Paul's only professional choir, and is committed to researching and performing music spanning over 900 years and 25 languages. Averaging more than 70 performances each year, The Rose Ensemble programs concerts, workshops, lectures and outreach for all ages. The Rose Ensemble is dedicated reawakening ancient music through imaginative performances that connect each individual to past worlds with stories of spirituality and humanity.
