A comprehensive case approach NOTE: There is no "one-size'fits-all" solution to foreclosure prevention because everyone is different, especially in this ever-changing economic climate.

WHAT WE DO: Our responsibility is to: (1) Learn which option of prevention the Borrower desires, evalute eligibility, discuss strategy, and then position the Borrower most effectively: STAY IN THE HOME OR SELL THE HOME (2) Employ other Services/Servicers as needed to accomplish the goal. FREE SERVICES OFFERED: Loan, Realtor, Job Assist (for Loan Modification applicants); Veteran Assist, Credit/Debit Settlement Assist, Attorney Assist and Fraud Assist
