Mission Statement

CORONA HERITAGE PARK MISSION STATEMENT The purpose of Heritage Park is to promote and enhance an appreciation of the origins and development of the City of Corona, including an appreciation of its early industries, with special emphasis on citrus. This will be accomplished by providing educational and recreational opportunities in a park-like setting, surrounded by early twentieth century buildings formal landscaping, and a small working lemon grove. Heritage Park will be open to all individuals and institutions wanting to learn more about Corona's citrus heritage. Plans include multi-use recreational and commercial operations that will produce a "living" museum. This will be a park where people can visit, explore, dine, shop, or take part in recreational, educational and family activities while surrounded by Corona's history. The Heritage Park Foundation is a nonprofit tax exempt organization created to secure funding for the operation and ownership of Heritage Park.

Description
