THE MISSION OF THE PRACTICE CENTER IS TO PROMOTE HEALTHY LIVING ON A LONG-TERM BASIS THROUGH MINDFUL PHYSICAL PRACTICE, EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY BUILDING.

Description

The Practice Center, the first of its kind in America, is a community centered design to provide educational classes in mindful physical disciplines to include: Yoga, Aikido, Dance Movement, Qi Gong, and Meditation. THis Center is non-denominational, non-profit organization working towards giving the people of San Francisco an affordable place to empower themselves, build community, gather strength and find inner peace. Other programs to include: senior classes, after school, scholarships, and practice care programs.
