Just Checking! is a program of the Academy for Better Communities which enables elderly persons and others with treatable chronic illnesses to remain living independently in their own homes.

Description

Just Checking! utilizes the talents of experienced Social Workers and Masters level social work interns to meet the needs of eligible individuals 45 and over with treatable chronic diseases in Palm Beach County.
