Mission Statement

Global CDH is a Nonprofit Organization dedicated to sustaining and optimizing a parents ability to focus on their child's caregiving before, during, and after the child is diagnosed with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
Our mission also involves researching, publicizing, and increasing awareness and statistics of worldwide CDH.

Description

Parents serve as the key element of life within an infants first days, especially when its an infant diagnosed with a life threatening condition such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). As such our goal is to empower, foster comprehension, and provide parents and their families with the information they need to make informed decisions about their child's health, in regards to CDH and its pathophysiology via comprehensive programs.

Our programs will provide resources for hope while the infant is in utero and after delivery during the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) stage, provide resources and support for the care and treatment of patients (after NICU), and provide shelter as needed to an infants family diagnosed with CDH during the NICU stage.
