Mission Statement

Primary Objective:

To rescue injured native and migratory birds promptly, evaluate their condition, initiate medical therapy, stabilize them as quickly as possible and release rehabilitated birds in a timely manner safely back to their home environment.

Secondary Objective:

To educate the public through schools, civic and community organizations, fairs and other public functions about the damage that is being done to our wildlife and their environment. Also to share with the public ways and solutions to correct the problems.

Third Objective:

To continue training volunteers for our Oiled Wildlife Response & Trainig Program and to be prepared to effectively respond to an oiled wildlife incident anywhere we are needed.
