Avalon Hospice's purpose is to provide comfort, compassion, dignity and peace to terminally ill patients and their families through a holistic approach to physical, spiritual and emotional care by professionally trained hospice teams & specailized community resources.

Description

We are a team consisting of nurses, aides, social workers, bereavement counselors, chaplains, volunteer coordinators and volunteers dedicated to providing care to our patients and their families.
