This position will include accepting donations directly from drop-off locations at the ReStores. Individuals in this position would be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with both frequent and first-time donors. Staff will assist the volunteer in learning what comprises a "good" donation, and ample training will be provided. Answer agency phone calls, screen and direct clients as appropriate, provide accurate description of services, and refer to external services as necessary. We’re looking for folks who like to interact with people throughout the day and feel comfortable running a cash register. Experience running a register is not required, just a desire to learn!
