Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote the preservation of Milford's historical resources and to educate the general public about our community's past.

Description

The Milford Borough Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which was incorporated in 2009. Recently the borough celebrated its 100th anniversary. The historical society hosted a three day living history encampment and a 19th century baseball game as part of that celebration. The organization also has an ongoing oral history program and has been involved in several school projects. In the future we plan to provide more educational programs and open a local history museum.
