Hospice Touch provides end of life comfort care to terminally ill patients and their families throughout Las Vegas area; wherever the patient calls home.

Hands on Care are provided by skilled professionals on our staff. Volunteers who are willing to give the gift of time, provide compassionate support; reading, holding a hand, singing a song, sitting quietly, listening, participating in life review, sitting with a patient while their caregiver takes a much needed break.

Benefits: Free Training in the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of the terminal phase of life.

Description

HOSPICE TOUCH, LLC., provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on control of pain and other symptoms. The program is a reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, and in familiar surroundings. Hospice care is centered on both the patient and family/caregiver. Hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver, lifestyle, values, and wishes.
