Description

TriCounty Community Network (TCN) is a grassroots nonprofit organization that facilitates partnerships among businesses, nonprofits and community members. We keep abreast of the current issues impacting southern Berks, northern Chester and western Montgomery counties and move forward with specific and impactful programs and projects. The TriCounty Community Network (TCN) is a catalyst for change... a link where community providers, agencies and businesses can turn for collaborative solutions to problems; a vehicle to help community members identify important resources; a connection to vital community services.
