Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County is a community-based, nonprofit agency providing physical, social, emotional and spiritual support for people with life-limiting illnesses. Hospice also provides on-going support for loved ones. Our specially trained professionals and volunteers recognize death as a natural process of life. We work to improve the quality of a person's last months and days by providing excellent medical care, management of pain and other symptoms, and additional services that promote patient comfort and dignity.

Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County has been providing quality compassionate care for patients and their loved ones for over 22 years. We are the oldest, most trusted hospice in Iredell County, where local people have been taking care of local people since 1984. Service areas include Iredell, Davie, Rowan, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Lincoln, Catawba, Alexander, Wilkes, Lincoln, and Yadkin Counties. Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County has offices in Statesville and Mooresville. The Gordon Hospice House, located next to the Statesville office, is a nine-bed residential/inpatient facility that opened in September 2005.
