Mission Statement

OLBH is a no kill and non profit organization founded and directed by Joyce Deckard. A group of dedicated volunteers work with Joyce on a variety of projects, from caring for the dogs to fundraising, construction and maintenance projects. This rescue is 100% volunteer based.
