Mission Statement

Our primary mission is to reduce the population of homeless cats, and the number of cats killed in shelters, by sterilizing as many as possible. In addition, by consistently demonstrating the effectiveness of trap-neuter-return, we seek to bring about changes in public policy so that TNR becomes the officially sanctioned and government-funded approach to homeless cat management.

Description

FixNation supports Trap-Neuter-Return by providing a free, full-time spay/neuter clinic for homeless, stray and feral cats. We also provide spay/neuter services for tame cats at reduced rates.

We loan out humane traps and equipment to the community free of charge, provide training on how to humanely trap feral cats and kittens, and offer guidance and information on long-term care and management for feral colonies.
