Over the Bridge Festival Mission : To celebra:te the health and life of Kitsap and Key (Peninsula) people with a festival of Art, Music, Food, Dance and to just have Fun. Goal: To create a multi-dimensional, self sustaining festival that helps create a community identity, showcases local art and talent, and leads people to positive choices and healthy lifestyles.
