Mission Statement

Every1Reads More is a community partnership between the Jefferson County Public Schools, Greater Louisville Inc., and LouMetro Government to ensure that all students can read on grade level, that 75% of all students read at the proficient level and 65% of all students write at the provicient level.

Description

Every 1 Reads More is a literacy initiative that is grounded in support from the community. Not only are all Jefferson County Public Schools involved, but many community and faith-based organizations also are committed to supporting the initiative. Now beginning the sixth year, results have been very promising and the work continues.
