Mission Statement

Freedom Dance Company uses dance to fulfill a three-fold mission: to educate the public about the potential for profound change to emerge from facing life-threatening illness; to help inspire those suffering from debilitating conditions; and to teach dance to children and adults to bring increasing joy and self-expression to their recovery.

Description

Freedom Dance Company performs and teaches dance in hospitals, patient support groups, other medical and health settings. We do this by featuring dancers who have faced a life-threatening illness.
