Position: Program Coordinator
Description: Volunteers for the fall and spring semester that major in education or counseling, "not required". Individual will work closely with area school districts, scheduling and facilitating violence prevention and character education assemblies. Volunteers will help facilitate character education classes to students in grades K-8th. Volunteers may also work in collaboration with grant writers and assist in SAVE's annual fundraiser.
Times Needed: Minimum of 10 hours a week "Possible Job Placement starting at $10.00 per hr."
Requirements: Volunteers must be self-motivated, highly organized and desirous of a career in education and/or counseling children and adolescents. Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skill.
