Description

The Community Coach Program connects members of the community with released prisoners. The goal of the mentor program is to reduce recidivism and encourage positive relationships. Coaches mentor a participant for a period of six months and meet once a week. Matches are carefully made based on gender, age, interests and experiences. A training session equips coaches with the knowledge they will need. MPRI staff will help support the coaches throughout the match.
