Mission Statement

"It is our sole purpose to serve as our coverage area's primary defense and warning mechanism; to the forecast, discovery, and track of severe weather. With force we are to struggle through the hopeless battle of trying to predict and warn of mother nature's extreme fury, while also educating the public on severe weather defense measures. We will work in team unison with local law enforcement officials, regional weather service offices, and participate in a national network of storm spotters. We promise to serve the public to the best of our ability and hopefully provide the essential information to one day save your, or someone you love's life or property." --QST Standard Operating Procedure Article 2.
