Description
Relay For Life is a 24-hour event like no other. The Relay For Life gives us an opportunity to honor cancer survivors and remember those who have lost the fight. Teams of 12-24 members made up of co-workers, families and friends will take turns running or walking around a track to raise money for cancer-related programs in our community. Carmichael will be holding it's 4th Annual Relay For Life and we hope that you will join us. This 24-hour event will be held on Saturday, July 18, 9:00a.m. to Sunday, July 19, 2004, 9:00 a.m. at Carmichael Park in Carmichael. Our goal, along with raising money, is to raise awareness for cancer throughout our community and the importance of cancer prevention and early detection.
