Mission Statement

We promote the study and traditions of chivalry, genealogy, heraldry, history before AD 1700, and nobility by providing unique, high-quality resources, including a library, publications, and services for members and the public.

Description

The Augustan Society is a non-profit membership organization devoted to history, genealogy, heraldry, chivalry, monarchy, and related studies. While we have a substantial library and museum collection, we presently lack a building, so are concentrating our efforts on our journal "The Augustan Omnibus", digitizing our 50-years of publications, and cataloging our library and museum.

Low priority on lineage organizations. Less than 30 members in all Lineage Societies combined. Unqualified genealogists.
