Description

Gabkul Foundation is a U.S registered, tax-exempt non-profit organization(NGO) based in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in the USA. Created in January 1998 by Mr. Gabriel Kulemfuka. We help disabled people to take advantages of all the opportunities that exist in the world, by providing free education for kids, health, and also give vulnerable people chance to live as independetly as possible.
