To that end, we provide intensive medical, nursing and behavioral health services in a nurturing, caring and positive environment. Description

Leeway is Connecticut's first and only skilled nursing facility dedicated solely to helping people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWA) revive, reclaim and renew their lives. We provide intensive medical, nursing and behavioral health services to patients in our 40-bed facility, for short-term or long-term rehabilitation and for palliative care. Beyond the work we do in our skilled nursing facility, Leeway is a developer of and service provider in supported housing programs for PLWA across the state.
