The Mission of Santa Anita Family Service is to foster well being in the San Gabriel Valley, creating healthier families and communities through professional leadership and the provision of high-quality educational, mental health and social service programs.

Description

Santa Anita Family Service is made up of professional qualified care managers Our staff has the expertise to treat all age and most ethnic groups. Services are available in English and Spanish. All services are provided within a confidential atmosphere. Our professional staff supervises students in training. Services are free or charge.

Our mission is to help older adults (60+) maintain independent living, assist adults (18+) with disabilities requiring services, and assist caregivers (grandparents rasing children or caregivers taking care of a person with dissabilities or a long term illness) requiring services.

Services offered: Care Management, Home Based Services, Registry, Telephone Reassurance, and Senior Companion Program.
