Mission Statement

The South Shore Dance Alliance strives to provide young dancers who are seriously considering a career in dance the opportunity to develop and grow in a professional enviornment. The goal of South Shore Dance Alliance is to enhance the artistic,creative and human development of young dancers through education, performance and competitive endeavor. South Shore Dance Alliance is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to maintaining a diverse membership, and therefore, it does not limit membership based on race,religion,gender or sexual orientation.

Description

The purpose of founding The South Shore Dance Alliance was to establish a pre-professional dance company where aspiring young dancers can develop as dancers and grow as human beings. We seek to provide a venue for young dancers who have aspirations of becoming professional dancers can hone their skills. in an enviornment where they can grow intellectually, artistically, and spiritually. We provide them with training and performance opportunities that enable them to move to the next level in their quest to enter the professional arena.
