Our goal is to help older adults and disabled persons remain in their own homes as long and as safely as possible.

Description

Aging Services for Communities provides transportation to low income older adults, youth and disabled persons needing to go to medical appointments in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area as well as outlying counties of Rice and LeSueur.
