The Organizational Development Institute was created to increase the training and technical services offered by the National Office to Rebuilding Together Affiliates. It seeks to meet our affiliates in the life-cycles of their organizations providing training and capacity building that will increase their abilities to grow organizationally and increase their community impact. Through expert developed curricula, the Organizational Development Institute enriches our affiliates' abilities to revitalize their communities.
While the green movement has only gained momentum in the past few years, Rebuilding Together affiliates have been utilizing green practices -- and providing green home rehabilitation -- since our founding over 20 years ago. We believe that home repair and rehabilitation are inherently green.
