The Mission of Energy Outreach Colorado is to ensure that Colorado's low-income households can meet their home energy needs.

Description

In 1989, Colorado's Governor created the Colorado Commission on Low-Income Energy Assistance (CCLEA). Its goal is to bridge the gap between decreasing federal funding for energy assistance and the persistent home energy needs of Colorado's low-income families.
