Global Deaf Connectionâ s (GDC) goals are to create long-term solutions for long-standing problems commonly faced by the Deaf communities in developing countries around the world. GDCâ s approach of leadership through equal access to education is a new solution that will significantly improve the education, economic and personal self-sufficiency, and social status of Deaf people worldwide.
