Mission Statement

The purpose of the Junior Group of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra shall be to support and promote the interests and growth of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, within the framework of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League. The Junior Group of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League is organized and operates as an auxiliary organization that is an integral part of the Dallas Symphony Association, Inc.

Description

The Junior Group of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League is a volunteer and fundraising organization composed of women under 45 years of age. These women devote their time and talents to support the many worthy programs of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, such as "Symphony Y.E.S.", a program that takes musicians into area schools. Fundraising events include the "Symphony Run" and "Deck the Hall" Children's Concerts.
